KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory
through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements in detail and recommend suitable crushing, screening,
washing, or conveying solutions from Nesans' product range.
• Conduct site visits and plant audits to assess customer needs and present tailored technical
solutions.
• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations
to prospective customers.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and post-sale follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with quarry owners, EPC contractors, infrastructure
developers, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
• Coordinate with design, production, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution
and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline, and market intelligence.
• Report regularly on territory performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering — Mechanical preferred; Civil or related
disciplines considered.
• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Both freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in technical or capital
equipment sales are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in crusher machinery, mineral processing equipment, heavy engineering, or
construction equipment will be a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customerrelevant value propositions.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory on a regular basis.
• Willingness to be based anywhere in India and travel extensively as required.
