The Role

As an IT Recruiter Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles. You will gain practical exposure to sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and learning IT tools used in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.
Learn and leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other IT recruitment tools.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary assessments to ensure candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers on live client requirements.
Learn basic technical jargon and trends in IT staffing to better evaluate candidates.

Ideal Profile

Requirements

Must be fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory).
Basic understanding of technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud, databases, networking).
Willingness to learn new IT tools and recruitment techniques.
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
