HR Intern Position

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Help create job descriptions and postings for various roles.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Assist in onboarding activities for new hires.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Required Skills

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
Proficient in MS Office tools and Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
Enthusiastic to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Range

No previous professional experience required; however, any prior internships or volunteer work related to HR will be advantageous (0-1 years).

Job Timing

This internship requires the intern to work in-office during standard business hours.
