We are now looking for an AI, Web Scraping & n8n/Python Automation Developer Intern to join our technical Asia team and support the development of smart workflows, backend automations, data pipelines, and AI-powered operational tools.

This is a remote internship role for someone passionate about automation, low-code systems, AI integration, and building practical solutions that improve how teams work every day.

 Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n for internal operations and client projects

Develop Python-based scripts, micro-services, and automation tools

Design and implement web scraping solutions to collect, clean, and structure data from websites and online platforms

Integrate APIs from tools such as Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, CRM platforms, and internal systems

Design logic for triggers, conditions, retries, error handling, and monitoring of workflows

Support the integration of AI tools (OpenAI, transcription, summarization, tagging, classification) inside automation flows

Process and transform scraped or API data into usable formats for reporting and operational use

Document workflows clearly so they are easy to scale, debug, and hand over to teams

Collaborate with designers, operations, and developers to automate repetitive and time-consuming processes

 Requirements

n8n & Workflow Automation

• Intermediate experience with n8n
• Understanding of triggers, webhooks, nodes, conditions, loops, and error handling in automation flows

Python Development

• Good working knowledge of Python for scripting, APIs, scraping, and automation support
• Experience with FastAPI or Flask is a plus
• Ability to write clean, reusable code with logging and error handling

 Web Scraping & Data Collection

• Experience with scraping tools/libraries (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, Playwright)
• Ability to handle dynamic pages, pagination, rate limits, and anti-bot considerations
• Knowledge of data cleaning and structuring techniques

 API Integration & Webhooks

• Comfort working with REST APIs, authentication methods (API keys, OAuth basics), and JSON payloads
• Ability to connect multiple tools and services into one smooth workflow

 Data Handling & Logic Building

• Ability to clean, transform, and structure data using Python or within n8n
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, JSON, and simple databases

 AI-Assisted Automation (Bonus)

• Interest in using AI tools for:
• Content tagging and classification
• Summarization and reporting
• Workflow decision-making
• Data enrichment from scraped sources
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or similar tools is a plus.

 DevOps Basics (Nice to Have)

• Basic understanding of Docker, Git, and simple deployment setups
• Comfort running automation tools on cloud platforms or internal servers
