Installation and Commissioning:
Install, align, and commission crushing, screening, washing, and conveying equipment at customer sites.
Perform trial runs and testing to ensure proper functioning of machinery.
Customer Support:
Act as the primary on-site contact for customers regarding operational issues and service requirements.
Provide technical assistance, operational training, and basic troubleshooting to customer personnel.
Maintenance and Repair:
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
Perform mechanical adjustments, replacement of wear parts, and minor electrical troubleshooting.
Suggest proactive measures to prevent equipment downtime.
Site Inspections and Reporting:
Conduct regular site visits to monitor equipment health.
Prepare detailed service visit reports, checklist compliance, and feedback forms.
Escalate major service issues to the Service Manager with observations and recommendations.
Spare Parts and Warranty Coordination:
Identify and recommend necessary spare parts and service kits.
Assist customers in understanding warranty terms and coordinate claims through the service office.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all site safety protocols and ensure machinery compliance with operational and safety standards.
Train customer operators on safe equipment usage and basic preventive maintenance.
Feedback Collection:
Collect customer feedback on machine performance and report suggestions for improvements to the product development team.
CRM and Service Database Updates:
Update service records, customer interaction details, and complaint resolutions into CRM/ERP systems.
