• Data Entry: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally, including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Banking: Handle bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and manage petty cash.
• Invoicing: Prepare and process timely invoices and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Compliance: Assist in the preparation of GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory filings.
• Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records, vouchers, and bills.
• Reporting: Assist senior management with monthly closing activities and the preparation of basic financial statements.
